Thank you for taking the time to view the property today. Below is an overview of our leasing process and requirements.
Lease Terms
We offer 12-month leases.
Tenants are responsible for all utilities, including:
Electric
Gas
Internet/Cable

Once your application has been submitted, please allow a few business days for processing. We will contact you if we need any additional information during the review process.
Application Process
Application fee: $35/per application
The application includes:
Credit check
Background check
Employment verification
Current and previous landlord/tenant verification
Qualification Criteria
We generally look for a minimum 2.5x rent-to-income ratio.
We do not focus solely on credit scores; instead, we review overall credit history and payment patterns.
Review & Approval Process
Once all verifications have been completed, the application package is submitted to the property owner for final review and approval.
If approved:
To secure the unit and remove it from the market, we require payment of the first month's rent. At that point, we will cancel any pending showings and stop accepting additional applications for the unit.
Once we receive 1st Month's Rent we will send you the lease draft and schedule the lease signing.
At the lease signing, the following will be due:
One month's security deposit
$250 move-in fee
Once all documents have been signed and funds have been received, the unit will be officially reserved for you and move-in details will be provided.
